Clean room and pharmaceutical refrigeration for the pharmaceutical sector

New 6000m2 building for research and development of drugs for human and veterinary use. Includes laboratories, CNC areas and classified areas (ISO 5, ISO 6; ISO 7, ISO 8), with positive and negative pressures.

From Fredlab we have carried out the engineering project in BIM starting from the user requirements and execution of HVAC installations (distribution of cold water AR 7/12 and hot water AC 40/45 from loop coming from power plant, collectors and pumping groups , air treatment (21 systems), diffusion, control, commissioning and start-up and validation of facilities).
