Development of basic engineering for the definition of implementation of processes, equipment and work areas.
Risk analysis
Study of each of the risks of the processes in the geographical area of implementation to follow international and national regulations.
Detail engineering
Delivery of data sheets of the room, invoice of quantities, technical memory and plans of constructive detail of all the defined areas.
Project management
Definition of all phases of the project with their execution times agreed with the client. The entire process will be led by Fredlab's own Project Manager.
Installation
Each of the project blocks will have its own different installation team and always coordinated by our Project manager.
Start-up
The start-ups are always carried out with the Fredlab teams and the supervision of our Project manager. Until all SAT and OQs are completed, commissioning is not completed.
Validation master plan
All pharmaceutical areas require our teams to provide together with the client a Master Plan in which the delivery of the URS, DQ, FAT, SAT, IQ and OQ is established.
Formation
Our project includes a complete training to the personnel who will manage the plant in order to guarantee the correct functioning of the system.
Maintenance program
Fredlab offers all its customers different maintenance plans, which can be managed telematically through SCADA facilities or through on-site visit schedules.
